Colliers Corrals Lease Agreements

Colliers Dickson Flake Partners of Bentonville continues to complete lease transactions too fast to keep up.
Most recently, Colliers completed a 6,693-SF lease agreement between Dynamic Development Inc. and Lifetime Brands at Fountain Plaza, bring the building to 93 percent capacity. Colliers also completed a 6,300-SF lease agreement between CMS Investments and Haines Jones & Cadbury at the Legacy Business Center.
Lifetime Brands designs, develops and markets cookware products while Haines Jones & Cadbury is the nation’s largest privately held wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating and industrial supplies.
Collier’s Butch Gurganus represented the landlords in the deals and is the exclusive representative for both properties.
