Flake Shakes Up Orion

Flake & Kelly of Little Rock has started managing Orion Real Estate Services’ properties in Northwest Arkansas, but isn’t buying out the Springdale company.
According to principal John Flake, it’s more of a partnership. Flake also is a principal investor in Orion and said Brandon Rogers will continue his role as the managing partner of Orion, which owns and is developing commercial and residential property in Johnson.
In a two-year span ending last August, Orion had developed about $46 million in projects in Northwest Arkansas.
