Partner Buys Out The Ride Magazine

Janet Feichtel-Wright has sold her half of Full Throttle Inc., doing business as The Ride, to her former business partner, Shane Crawford, who is now sole owner of the magazine for motorcycle enthusiasts.
The Ride debuted in September. Crawford said the full-color, glossy magazine is averaging about 60 pages per issue. The Ride is published 10 times per year.
The magazine sells for $4 each or $36 annually. Subscriptions are available online at www.theride.net, or individual copies can be purchased at Barnes & Noble, convenience stores and motorcycle shops around Northwest Arkansas.
In the meantime, Feichtel-Wright said she and Rita Johnson “are going to start making biker-chick wear.” They plan to call the company Big Tiddies Inc., or a variant of that spelling.
