Famous Dave?s Opens at Scottsdale

Famous Dave’s Bar-B-Que opened a restaurant in Rogers’ Scottsdale Center on June 23.
The company, which is based in Eden Prairie, Minn., currently has 78 restaurants in 21 states. The first Famous Dave’s was opened by Dave Anderson in Hayward, Wisc., in 1994.
Kim Callahan, advertising manager for Famous Dave’s, said the Rogers location seats 165 diners and employs about 30 people.
In addition to dine-in and take-out, the restaurant will sell Famous Dave’s sauces and spices.
