The Fort Smith Board of Realtors recently held its annual meeting and announced the following awards and leadership changes.
Orval Smith, with Don Smith & Associates, was awarded the Dorothy Allen Outstanding Member of the Year award. The award goes to a member of the Board of Realtors who goes above and beyond in serving the organization and its members.
2009 Realtor of the Year: Ray Nellum, Warnock Real Estate
2009 Rookie Realtor of the Year: Caleb Green, Assurance Realty
2009 Affiliate Member of the Year: Shana Hughes, Simmons First

Mary Ray, Rays R Back Realty (extra small)

Regina Flesher, executive officer of the Fort Smith Board of Realtors, was presented outstanding service award for her three years of work with the organization.
