Another office building is being built in the Beau Terre office park in Bentonville.
Beau Terre Inc. received a $1.2 million mortgage from the Bank of Bentonville on July 17 to finance the construction of an office building at 902 McClain Road. The loan was signed by Colon Washburn as president of the company and Dana Washburn as vice president and secretary.
Most of the space in the office park is leased to companies who sell their products to Wal-Mart Stores Inc. of Bentonville. The Washburns also own the Courtyard by Marriot hotel in the office park.
