No More Daly in Rogers

After less than a year as a resident of Rogers, John Daley, the professional golfer, is leaving.
Daly sold his house at 12 Razorback Road in the Pinnacle development on April 14. He now lists his address as Memphis.
Daly bought the 2,349-SF house in the exclusive, gated neighborhood on August 15 of last year. He paid $255,000 for the home, which, including the garage and patio area, has about 3,456 SF under roof and was less than a year old when Daly bought it.
Brian and Stacey Krenning of Richmond City, Ga., bought the home for $270,000. It was appraised last year for $232,220.
