Kingston Center Ownership Changes
The Kingston Center at 911 NW 11th St. in Bentonville was used to secure a $989,988 mortgage from the Bank of Bentonville. The loan was issued to Wer-Pec Inc. of Bentonville on July 8. The loan was signed by Gregory Peck as president of the company and Richard Werts as vice president. Part of the money was used to purchase the interest in the shopping center of Richard Fischer, who bought the New Town Square the same day.
The Kingston Center is a 28,000-SF retail and office center. The development was built in two phases, the first in 1996 and the second in 1997.
All space in the development is leased. Tenants include eight companies that are vendors to Wal-Mart Stores Inc. of Bentonville, a laundry, a real estate office and a tanning salon.
