Warehouse Planned For Industrial Park
An $800,000 mortgage from First National Bank of Fort Smith is being used to build a warehouse in the Northwest Arkansas Industrial Park in Tontitown.
TMNG LLC of Fayetteville received the loan July 7. It was signed by Carey W. Meadows, Dale W. Jenkins and John C. Williams as operating managers.
The company bought two lots in the industrial park May 14 from John C. and Jane C. Williams for $150,000. Construction is planned on those two lots.
The company already has three warehouses in the industrial park. The company has a 51,302-SF warehouse at 217 Industrial Circle and a 24,736-SF warehouse at 394 Industrial Circle. It received a mortgage March 26 to build a 46,000-SF warehouse on land adjacent to the current project.
