As construction sites continue to pop up in Northwest Arkansas, The Potty House owner Ross Odom wants to take care of the dirty work. Brandishing a money back guarantee, Odom offers portable toilets that he said never stink.

“We compete on service, not price,” Odom said, noting that a regular unit costs $75 each month.

Pumped and sanitized once a week, the fleet of new toilet units can be reserved for events such as craft fairs, carnivals or house construction. Each unit is guaranteed to be sanitary with little to no odor. If a renter is unsatisfied with the unit, the problem will be repaired or the money will be returned in full, Odom said.

Although most smaller construction sites would require only one regular unit, The Potty House offers several options for rentable toilets. Craft fairs and other special events might lease separate men’s and women’s units. Some toilets come with options such as a mirror, hand cleanser or handicap accessibility.

Odom said all waste products from the toilets are taken to the nearest waste water treatment plant.

“Our claim to fame is that our stuff don’t stink,” Odom said.
