Oral Surgeon Builds Fayetteville Subdivision

J.B. Hays, a dentist and oral surgeon with offices at Village on the Creeks in Rogers, is building a $3.5 million, 52-lot upscale subdivision with Mark Foster just east of Arkansas Highway 265 in Fayetteville.
Foster developed Fayetteville’s high-end Savannah Estates residential development, and he and Hays’ new Lone Oak Subdivision is expected to be similar in both scale and luxury. Hometown Financial Loans, a division of First State Bank of Lonoke, is handling the financing.
