Merrill Lynch Joins Village People

Lehman Properties Limited, with a $625,000 construction loan from First National Bank & Trust of Rogers, is adding an 18,268-SF office building to its Village on the Creeks development on the west side of U.S. Highway 71 in Rogers.
Merrill Lynch has already leased most of the space in the new building at 5209 Village Parkway. Only 1,800 SF is left to lease in that facility, while only 1,200 SF of its 17,800-SF office facility at 5212 Village Parkway remains unleased.
Lehman, which plans to break ground on a third building in August, will have 120,000 SF of retail space when it’s through with the Village.
Lehman’s newest retail tenants at the Village include Edward E. Bean Photography, Copy & Send, Floral Expressions, Hallmark Gold Crown Store, the Linen Gallery, the Village Deli, Wall Paper Plus and Karat-Carat Jewelry.
