Beau Terre

Sellars Properties received a $990,000 building permit for the construction of a 15,266-SF office building in Bentonville’s Beau Terre North office park.

The building at 805 McClain St., the 18th office building built at Beau Terre and Beau Terre North, contains upscale office space and is already preleased. The tenants include vendors to Wal-Mart Stores Inc. of Bentonville.

Colin and Dana Washburn are developing 82 total acres for their Beau Terre parks in Bentonville.
