Unique Condos Coming to Zion

Unique Homes of Arkansas LLC, owned by Dale Lenk, is spending more than $20 million to develop Zion Valley Estates about a half-mile east of the Northwest Arkansas Mall on Zion Road.
The project will feature 100 duplex-style condominiums and an upscale clubhouse, swimming pool and walking trails. The condos are being built for $100 per SF by Unique subsidiary Zion Valley LLC.
The development, which got under way in April, will include five phases totaling 28 acres. Dave Fulton of Century 21 in Fayetteville is listing all 100 condos, a significant number of which have already been sold. Fulton is still seeking buyers, however.
Lenk is also chairman of Lake Development Corp. of Costa Mesa, Calif.
