A 50,100-SF pre-engineered metal building is Neal Hefner Construction Co.’s latest project at 1570 E. Mountain St. in Springdale.
The $626,250 facility will provide a dry goods storage for a local company. Included on the site at the site are 10 acres that Hefner may also develop.
The company is shooting for early September for the project’s completion.
