Jim Lindsey is building a 56,500-SF office/retail center adjacent to the Wal-Mart Neighborhood Store that’s going in on Crossover Road in Fayetteville.
Lindsey’s mini-shopping center will be called Kantz Place, and the $1.2 million facility will be divided to suit tenants. McIlroy Bank & Trust of Fayetteville is handling the financing.
Construction, being handled by Lindsey Construction Co., is expected to be completed near the end of 1999. Kantz Place will be located on Citizens Drive.
