Duplexes Sell to C&L Properties

Carl and Kimberly Ledbetter, through their company C&L Properties of Springdale, got a $670,000 loan from McIlroy Bank & Trust of Fay-etteville. The capital was used to purchase eight duplexes in Fayetteville’s Houston Meadows Subdivision.
The duplexes on Houston and Linda Joe streets are about 1,100 SF each and feature two bedrooms and two full baths. The cul-de-sac lots are about 90 feet by 120 feet in size.
The Ledbetters bought the property from Tim and Cathy Van Someren.
