Springdale Hotel Gets New Mortgage

Scottish Inns at 1219 S. Thompson Ave. in Springdale was refinanced April 6 by its owners, Narneda M. Krushiker and Ila N. Krushiker, with a $900,000 loan from Arkansas National Bank.
The Krushikers bought the hotel Nov. 7, 1996, and it was appraised at that time for $603,850. It was reappraised in 1994 for $723,350.
The hotel, originally built in 1957, has 12,240 SF of room and office space and a 534-SF swimming pool. It has 35,990-SF, a little less than an acre, of parking space included on the hotel’s 2.5-acre site.
