Jack Donahoe used a $1.46 million loan from Arkansas National Bank on April 14 to refinance six buildings containing four townhouses each in Fay-etteville’s Sequoyah South Subdivision.

It includes Lots 7-10, 5, 6, 27 and 28 of Phase I of Sequoyah South. All of the townhouses are leased at this time.
