Vishwakarta Builds Somewhere by Rainbow

Ken R. Mourton, of Ball & Mourton Ltd. in Fayetteville, and Hansaben Bhakta received a $4.8 million construction loan March 22 from the Bank of Bentonville to build a Hilton Garden Inn near Rainbow Curve in Bentonville.
Mourton and Bhakta are building the facility at 2204 S.E. Walton Blvd. through their holding company, Vishwakarta LLC. Both are listed as company members.
The hotel will include 92 rooms, a full-service restaurant, full bar, and an indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi whirlpool bath. The three-story structure is supposed to be completed around the end of 1999.
The hotel site includes 3.5 acres.
