Arrows fire Cupit

Century 21 Cupit Street Realtors of Siloam Springs only has two agents left after Coldwell Banker Faucette Real Estate of Siloam Springs hired four away.

Bob Knight and Ron Green are Cupit’s last Mohicans.

Sammy Gunter, Bub Gunter and Norm Verette have left to become executive brokers with Coldwell. Gail Hamilton will be a sales associate.

Cupit consolidated with the Bob Knight Agency in May of 1998, but the hybrid is now expected to close. Bill Lyons, broker manager of Coldwell’s Siloam Springs office, now has 20 agents working in his office.

We hear Coldwell plans an aggressive expansion in the area.
