Keatings begin project around Sunbridge Road

Keating Enterprises Inc. of Fay- etteville has started a $3 million construction project just north of the Sunbridge Center on Sunbridge Road in Fay-etteville.
The first phase includes a $1 million, 15,000-SF building in which several professional tenants have already verbally agreed to lease space. They include two medical professionals and another group that together would use 9,500-SF of space.
The property was purchased with a $335,000 mortgage through the Bank of Arkansas in Fayetteville. Richard J. Keating, Stella Keating, Thomas A. Keating and George W. Keating all signed the note.
Parking for the entire project will be done during the first phase. The design will be very similar to the work Keating has already done with the Whistle Stop Plaza and the Sunbridge Center.
The extension of Sunbridge Road to College Avenue has already been approved by the Fayetteville Planning Commission.
