If Ozark Baking & Catering vacates the space in The Bakery Building, Greg House will have two spaces for rent there.
On April 29, HomeWorks Etc., an upscale home decor shop, quietly vacated the 4,400-SF space it rented in The Bakery Building. House said on May 12 he has been unable to reach the business owner but added that there was another three and one-half years in the five-year lease.
“Obviously, we’ll be looking to be compensated for that,” House says.
Ozark Baking & Catering took up about 4,000 SF of space in the building. About two-thirds of that is currently a kitchen. But the space can be reconfigured, House notes.
House has been showing both spaces to prospective tenants, including restaurant owners.
