Gaddy Investment Co. of Fayetteville spent $551,400 March 11 to purchase 10 acres in east rural Washington County.
Involved in the purchase were Charles E. and Mary Lou Warren and Bill L. Gaddy, chairman of Gaddy Investment.
Bob Gaddy, CEO of Pace Industries Inc. of Fayetteville and Gaddy Investment’s agent, and Jeff Gaddy, president of the investment company, did not return repeated phone calls.
