?Dashboard? Coming From Lowell Carrier

Emplifi Inc., a provider of enterprise Web integration solutions, and eJiva Inc., a business-to-business e-services consultant, were recently hired by J.B. Hunt to design and develop its new Call Center customer interaction desktops. Emplifi and eJiva — divisions of publicly held iGate Capital Corp. — will work together on the integrated CTI application that will be ready sometime this fall and called “Dashboard.”

J.B. Hunt is remaining tight-lipped about the custom applications, but they will be designed to interface with Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories Inc.’s products including voice, fax, e-mail and EDI routing capabilities.
