John and Mike Charlton of Charlton Construction Co. recently purchased the final two of three building permits valued at a combined $1 million for an office complex in Bentonville.
The three buildings at Oak Trace Offices will be located at 901, 903 and 905 SE 28th St. They will total about 23,000 SF and will be customized to suit tenants.
Charlton Construction and Charlton Development Co. will relocate to the first building, about 25 percent of which is already leased. The Charlton building and will completed in October, and the other two buildings will be ready by December.
