Charles Fay Fulmer of Russellville, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, October 26, 2025, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born on October 19, 1957, in Paris, Arkansas, to Kenneth Fay Fulmer and Nenah Jean (Cravens) Fulmer. He was 68 years old. He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Fulmer and a brother, Mark Fulmer.
For 43 years, Charles was a production manager for Tyson Foods in Van Buren, Clarksville, Dardanelle, and other locations. He was a 1976 graduate of Scranton High School and earned a bachelor’s degree from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed skeet shooting, and doing lawn care. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 29th at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Paris. The family will visit with friends at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, an hour prior to the memorial service. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Terry (Orr) Fulmer; his mother, Nenah Jean Fulmer of Scranton; a sister, Ellen Schluterman and husband Sam of Subiaco; and his sister-in-law, Anna Fulmer of Clarksville.
Cremation and services are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.
