Crossland, which is based in Columbus, Kan., completed Bentonville School District’s newest addition in 2020. Grimsley Junior High opened last year in Centerton as the district’s fourth junior high school. Crossland also led the expansion of the Fayetteville Public Library.
Chris Schnurbusch, Crossland’s southeast region president and based in Rogers, said the company’s project size has grown, so many projects on the Business Journal list are still active. Most notable are Gateway Industrial Complex, a 275,000-square-foot development on Southwest Regional Airport Boulevard in Bentonville, and a second office building and parking deck in the Northgate Plaza development in Rogers’ Pinnacle Hills area.
Conway-based Nabholz Construction Corp. is No. 2 on the list with $248.38 million generated from its Rogers office last year. C.R. Crawford Construction of Fayetteville rounds out the top three with 2020 revenue of $195 million.
