The Mediterranean diet is based on the foods and drinks traditionally consumed by people living in countries along the Mediterranean Sea. This training will provide participants with a cooking demonstration related to the Mediterranean diet and lifestyle, and hands-on experience planning and preparing traditional Mediterranean foods.
