Rep. Jeremiah Moore launches new land and farm firm

Rep. Jeremiah Moore, R-Clarendon, who is also a real estate broker, has launched a new firm specializing in agricultural and recreational real estate. Headquartered in Clarendon, Moore Land & Farm will serve clients statewide, he said.

“The land business is a calling,” said Moore. “We’re not selling a product off the shelf. We’re selling an asset meant to be passed down from one generation to the next. At Moore Land & Farm, we put integrity and trust above all else.”

The primary focus of the firm will be on connecting buyers and sellers of timberland, row-crop ground, ranch property, and recreational land. Moore Land & Farm will also offer consulting services for land improvement and development.

With nearly a decade of experience in the land trade, Moore said his experience has led him to broker deals all over the state, ranging from timberland in the Ouachitas and ranch land in the River Valley, to historic duck clubs in the Delta.

Moore is also a land investor. He has bought, developed, and sold numerous properties and had first-hand experience in viewing purchases through the eyes of the buyer.
