Stone Ward promotes Allison Bermudez to PR director

Stone Ward announced that Allison Bermudez, APR, has been promoted to public relations director. In her new role, Bermudez will oversee Stone Ward’s public relations practice, guiding strategy and execution for local, regional, and national clients through the agency’s offices in Little Rock, Northwest Arkansas, and Chicago.

“Allison is an accomplished, trusted communications leader with a proven ability to align PR strategy with business outcomes,” said Dana Dussing Berry, managing partner/PR of Stone Ward. “Her leadership, deep industry knowledge, and commitment to building strong teams make her the right person to guide the next phase of our PR practice’s growth. This promotion reflects both the strength of our bench and our confidence in public relations as a strategic growth engine for the agency.”

Bermudez joined Stone Ward in 2025 as a senior public relations counsel, following senior communications roles in the private and public sectors. She brings experience in corporate communications, external affairs, and crisis and reputation management, along with a record of nonprofit board leadership.

Bermudez holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mobile and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.

She earned Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) from the Public Relations Society of America and is president-elect of the Arkansas chapter.
