Billy Ray Snell, 60, of Conway, passed away Sunday, January 25, 2026. He was born November 8, 1965 in Van Buren. He was a woodworker.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Flossie (Sartor) Snell; and a brother, Scottie Snell.
He is survived by his father, Wade Snell of Charleston; a sister, Lori Cook of North Carolina; a brother, Leslie Snell of Oklahoma; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 6, 2026 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Gracelawn Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
