Roy Sherman Brown, Jr. of Lavaca, Arkansas, died Friday, June 27, 2025, at his home. He was born on November 24, 1965, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to Roy Sherman Brown, Sr. and Billie (Frame) Brown. He was 59 years old. He was preceded in death by his father, and his first wife, Lynnette Dawn Brown.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 5th at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston. Cremation and services are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer (Scarbrough) Brown; his mother, Billie Fleming and husband Phil of Lavaca; two daughters, Jolene Loya of Fort Smith and Breanna Scarbrough of the home; a son, Steven Loya and wife Stephanie of Fort Smith; six grandchildren, Arilynn, Carter, Jensen, Sawyer, Weston, and Isabella.
