Phyllis “Gail” Phillips

Phyllis “Gail” Phillips, age 75, of Fort Smith, passed away on May 4, 2025. She was born on March 12, 1950, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Gail was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. She is survived by her two children, John Phillips and Sarah Phillips, and four grandchildren, Emily, Jacob, Lily, and Noah. Gail was known for her kindness and generosity, always putting others before herself. A memorial service will be held on May 10, 2025, at 2 PM at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home in Fort Smith. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Fort Smith Animal Shelter.
