Evelyn Louise Ashworth

Evelyn Louise McKee Ashworth, 72, of Van Buren, passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2025. She was born May 17, 1953 in Fort Smith to the late G.A. and Almeda (Marquis) McKee. She served her country in the U.S. Army, and was retired from Simmons Foods. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Greg and Steve McKee; and a granddaughter, Crystal.

She is survived by two sons, Jason Ashworth of Van Buren, and Marcus Ashworth of Fort Smith; a sister, Marjorie McKee of Fort Smith; two grandsons, Robert and Dillon Ashworth; two nieces, and four nephews.

Memorial service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 7, 2025 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Chapel. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
