Tempus Realty Partners pays $50.9M for 3 industrial properties

Little Rock-based real estate investment partnership Tempus Realty Partners announced details of a $50.9 million multi-state acquisition on Wednesday (April 3).

According to a news release, the fully leased industrial properties are North Charleston, S.C., Knoxville, Tenn. and Lafayette, Ind. They total 610,247 square feet and 132.36 acres.

The tenants include Kamran and Co., The Carlstar Group and The Maximus Group.

“Each of these properties supports critical operations for their respective tenants,” Tempus CEO Dan Andrews said. “These sale-leaseback acquisitions represent a win-win, delivering a business solution for our tenants and a compelling investment opportunity for our investors.”

The Charleston/Knoxville/Lafayette portfolio represents Tempus’ first acquisition in 2024.
