Summit Utilities announces Bob Gunderman as Chief Financial Officer

Summit Utilities has named Bob Gunderman as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer. He will be based in Little Rock.

Gunderman is the former CFO of Windstream Holdings and has held financial and accounting positions with Alltel and Deloitte and Touche LLP. Over his 30-year career, Gunderman has been a key executive overseeing company strategy and operations as well as capturing operational efficiencies. He led acquisition structuring, diligence, integrations, and synergy realization for transactions totaling more than $30 billion and financing transactions totaling more than $25 billion.

Gunderman holds a degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas. He serves on the board of directors of The Arkansas Game and Fish Foundation and was a previous board member of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Arkansas.

Summit Utilities owns natural gas distribution and transmission subsidiaries that operate in Arkansas, Colorado, Maine, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas.
