Waco Title opens Siloam Springs site

Springdale-based Waco Title Co. recently opened a Siloam Springs office.
The 1,200-square-foot office at 500 S. Mount Olive St., Suite 101, is the company’s 24th location.
“Waco Title is thrilled to join the Siloam Springs community and better serve our many residential customers and business partners there,” CEO Sara Heck said. “We are committed to excellence in all that we do and providing an exceptional experience for title, closing and escrow needs.”
The Siloam Springs office will have three employees, including senior closing agent Mary Medina. Office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.
“I’m excited for the opportunity to serve the Siloam Springs community in this new role,” Medina said. “We are here to help all customers find the financial solution that works best for them and their individual needs.”
Waco Title provides title and closing services for residential, commercial, builder/developer, investor, municipal and lender needs. The company of Bentonville-based Arvest Bank Group also provides 1031 exchange services.
