Encore Bank promotes Nikki Pfleger

Encore Bank promoted Nikki Pfleger to executive vice president, director of business banking solutions, the bank announced Monday (Jan. 3).
Pfleger joined Encore Bank in April 2019 and was responsible for building the treasury management department from the ground up.
“Since she came on board, Nikki has been an integral part of Encore Bank, successfully implementing a range of treasury management products and services as well as building a strong team that now serves 16 markets across seven states,” said Chairman and CEO Chris Roberts.
With this promotion, Pfleger will continue to spearhead Encore Bank’s growing Business Banking Solutions Department.
Pfleger’s career in banking started 15 years ago when she took a job as a teller at Metropolitan National Bank. She was promoted to branch manager and spent more than 10 years in retail management and business development.
She worked for IberiaBank as a treasury management sales associate.
