As of Dec. 1, 2021, the commercial real estate firm previously known as Newmark Moses Tucker Partners has detached from Newmark Group Inc., an affiliation that was established about three years ago, and is now Moses Tucker Partners.

“By re-establishing the Moses Tucker Partners brand, we will continue to influence the change and growth of neighborhoods and communities across Arkansas and to expand that vision into the region beyond,” said Chris Moses, principal, president and CEO.

“We see possibilities, can envision opportunities, and have impacted how neighborhoods and communities evolve, and as Moses Tucker Partners, we’ll be able to take our expertise and innovation into communities throughout the region,” he said.

Moses Tucker Partners has spent decades reimagining and transforming spaces, buildings and neighborhoods into vibrant places. Little Rock’s River Market District and East Village and the Fayetteville Town Square are among Moses Tucker Partners’ most recognizable projects.

“Our team of brokers, developers, property managers and property maintenance experts are to be credited for all that Moses Tucker Partners has accomplished since 1984 across Arkansas and will accomplish in the future throughout the region,” said Paul Esterer, principal and Northwest Arkansas Division president of Moses Tucker Partners. “Our passion and dedication to revitalizing places that matter remains.”

The commercial real estate firm was founded in 1984 by Jimmy Moses and Rett Tucker. It is a full-service commercial real estate operation.
