Jim Keet-led construction company merges with O’Gary Industrial Group

KO Construction Management and O’Gary Industrial Group have officially merged to form a new company, Keet O’Gary Construction.

KO is led by restauranteur Jim Keet and his sons, Tommy and Jake. O’Gary is led by Luke and Greg O’Gary. The new construction firm will focus on commercial and industrial work.

“The Keet’s and O’Gary’s have always been dedicated to providing the highest level of quality in all aspects of a project, and this merger made perfect sense,” said Gregory O’Gary, President and CEO of Keet O’Gary Construction. “Our clients have already benefited from a ‘deeper bench’ of expertise and services, which we will now utilize on every project.”

Keet O’Gary Construction offers services such as general contracting, design-build and construction management. Specialties will include steel design and fabrication, erection and certified welding. Millwright services offered include highly specialized tradesmen trained in all aspects of industrial construction including plant maintenance, shutdown and turn around work.

The company has worked in five states and will continue its previous national and international work under the new entity.
