Class of 2020 Forty Under 40 Jenna Fogleman Associate Attorney Miller, Butler, Schneider, Pawlik & Rozzell PLLC, Rogers

According to fellow attorneys at the office, Jenna Fogleman brings diverse talents and enthusiasm to the firm of Miller, Butler, Schneider, Pawlik & Rozzell.

Fogleman practices transactional law at the firm, which she joined as an associate attorney after graduating from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2015.

She focuses on mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and succession, employment policy and real estate. She also supervises law clerks in the office. She said she appreciates working at a firm with two female partners.

Fogleman had a hybrid upbringing in Jonesboro — both sides of her family hail from Arkansas — and West Lafayette, Ind., where she graduated high school. She earned bachelor’s degrees in communications and political science from Purdue University before receiving her law degree.

She’s known for valuing differing opinions and adapting to where she is needed and adding value.

Fogleman has held several positions with the Benton County Bar Association, including just finishing a term as president. She facilitated a partnership with Legal Aid of Arkansas and the Single Parent Scholarship Fund of Benton County to provide an annual pro bono event, “Planning for Your Family’s Future,” that aided single parents with simple estate planning.

Fogleman is serving her fifth year as a team captain with Ozark Race for the Cure/More than Pink Walk.

She is an NWA regional board member for Make-A-Wish Mid-South, an organization close to her heart because it facilitates healing for children and families.

“It’s a bright light during a difficult season for these kids, who don’t get a childhood for a time,” she said. “I’ve been a wish grantor on multiple wishes, and once you do one, you’re hooked.”
