Anstaff Bank announced plans Monday (Jan. 7) to expand, with a second branch in Mountain Home.

The Green Forest (Carroll County) banking company said in a news release it has purchased property at the corner of Wallace Knob Road and Highway 62/412, with plans to build a full-service branch with a drive-through window and ATM.

Anstaff has one Mountain Home branch at 150 West End Way.

“We are excited to bring a new full-service branch to better serve our customers in Mountain Home,” said market president Jerry Don Cunningham. “We are encouraging our architects to complete the building plans quickly, so that construction can begin as soon as possible.”

Anstaff had assets of $648 million as of Sept. 30, according to the most recent data available from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. The company has 11 locations in Baxter, Boone, Carroll, Madison, Marion and Newton counties.
