Achievements: Mawby has worked for the company since its founding in 1986; became president and part owner in 1996, and the sole owner in 2010, leading the business through a successful period of expansion and diversification; one of the largest providers of office equipment in Northwest Arkansas, with 28 employees and roughly 850 customer accounts in the region; member of the Legacy National Bank board of directors.
What is it that drives you in your career? Making a difference. Not just saying that you are different, but actually demonstrating unique. I absolutely despise routine.
What has been the most fulfilling moment of your career thus far? Making lasting relationships, not just selling.
What one word best describes you? Intense.
What is your biggest passion, and why? Serving others and having fun doing it.
What was your first job? Marshalltown Tools in Fayetteville.
What is your favorite thing to do when you are not working? Going to the lake. Being with my wife, kids and friends. That’s paradise.
What’s something interesting about you that people would be surprised to learn? I was born in Palm Springs, California.
