Achievements: Leads retail team at Chambers Bank; chair of Northwest Arkansas Business Women’s Conference; incoming Junior Achievement of Northwest Arkansas board chair;  co-chair of the Sunshine School and Development Center Sunshine Gala committee.

What is your biggest passion, and why? Community involvement. I get to help develop women leaders, teach kids vitally important financial and professional skills, help raise money to assist children and adults with developmental disabilities live more fulfilling lives, and help keep vulnerable senior citizens in their own homes longer.

What was your first job? Pizza Hut server.

Are you active on social media? If so, which platforms are you most active? Yes. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and LinkedIn.

What time do you get up on workday mornings? Whenever my son wakes up, usually between 5:30 and 6:30 a.m.

What is your favorite thing to do when you are not working? I love live music. So, one of my favorite things is going to shows and meeting people with a shared passion for great music.

What’s something interesting about you that people would be surprised to learn? Even though I am risk-averse and not a huge fan of the outdoors, I have been whitewater rafting in Colorado twice.

What is the next big personal or career challenge you plan to take on? We have lots of great things on the horizon. A new Benton County location, new software system, and new products and services for customers.
