Premier Dermatology Relocating in Bella Vista

Dr. Missy Clifton is nearing a property acquisition that will expand her business in Bella Vista.
Clifton, the owner of Bentonville-based Premier Dermatology and Skin Renewal Center, is under contract to purchase a 3,600-SF building at 14 Riordan Road, a former bank branch that is owned by Louisiana-based IberiaBank, a subsidiary of IberiaBank Corp.
The property is listed at $590,000. The building was built in 2000 and appraised in 2015 for $1.19 million.
Premier’s current clinic location in Bella Vista is in leased space at 5 Cunningham Corner, near the intersection of Arkansas Highway 71B and Riordan Road. Clifton is planning to relocate the Bella Vista office to the former bank branch, once it is renovated and expanded by Commerce Construction Co. of Springdale to approximately 5,000 SF.
IberiaBank exited its Bella Vista location in November 2012.
