Arkansas’ largest law firm will soon relocate its Rogers office to a Pinnacle Hills address.

Little Rock-based Friday, Eldredge & Clark has signed a lease agreement to move to the top floor of the 43,500-SF building at 3350 S. Pinnacle Hills Parkway, known as the Parkway Bank building.

Friday’s new space is about 6,700 SF. The firm will also have the right of first refusal to lease the remaining space of the top floor, which is an additional 6,500. The space was previously leased by Tampa, Florida-based digital marketing agency Triad Retail Media, which recently moved its Arkansas office from the Parkway building to a building at 5504 Pinnacle Point Drive in Rogers.

The Friday firm has six attorneys in its current Rogers office at 600 S. 52nd St. At its new address, the space will be built out to house as many as 11 attorneys, and the firm plans to move into the new space Jan. 1. The company’s name and new logo will also be added to the exterior of the building.

The Parkway Bank building is owned by a partnership that includes The Infinity Group, a privately owned investment holding company in New York City, and local developer Dean Eisma.
