Legends Of Arkansas Will Feature A Business Pitch Contest

The Legends of Arkansas is joining forces with the Arkansas Regional Innovation Hub and the Arkansas Venture Center to host the “Legends of Tomorrow” business pitch competition.
The pitch contest will take place on on Friday, September 18th at the Innovation Hub to compete for the chance to be a finalist at the “Legends of Tomorrow” festival on Saturday, September 19th starting at 3:35 pm.
Twenty spots are available and there is no cost to participate. In addition, there will be a pitch training session on Wednesday, the 16th at the Arkansas Venture Center at 11 am.
According to Director of Programs & Membership Errin Dean, “The prizes are a one-year membership to the Venture Center, a three-month membership to the Innovation Hub, a paid entry fee to the ‘2 Days to Start up’, and a basket of festival gear.”
The three finalists will pitch on the First Security Amphitheater Stage during the festival in front of the judges as well as the festival crowd. From there, the winner will be announced.
