The Harrington Miller law firm of Springdale is moving, but not too far. Located in downtown Springdale for nearly 40 years, the firm is headed to a larger office in two suites at 4710 S. Thompson St. across from the Springdale Country Club.

The new location is more centrally located between Springdale and Fayetteville, and with 1,000 more square feet, the firm has the ability to expand.

“At some point we plan on adding more lawyers,” said John Watkins, the firm’s administrator.

The firm signed a 10-year lease and plans on being in the new office by early October.

Located adjacent to the Razorback Regional Greenway, the old office building at 113 E. Emma Ave. has become a hot piece of real estate. Watkins said multiple parties have already expressed interest in the building.

The firm’s managing partner, Michele A. Harrington, bought the 3,800-SF building in 1999 for $285,000.

In addition to Harrington, firm partners include Stephen Miller, Tom Kieklak, Justin Eichmann, and Greg Brown.
