Hilton Garden Inn Offers New Space, Options for Fayetteville
Now that it’s open, the Hilton Garden Inn gives Fayetteville something it’s needed for a long time — 9,000 SF of flexible meeting space.
The 115-room hotel, owned by Krushiker Hospitality Group Inc. of Springdale, opened in October and has seen a steady increase in business since that time, said Alex Jerde, the hotel’s general manager.
Jerde said only the Fayetteville Town Center, with its 13,570-SF Razorback Room, has more contiguous meeting space in Fayetteville than the Hilton Garden Inn. The Chancellor Hotel has a total of 14,000 SF, but it’s spread out over six rooms on two floors.
With the ability to seat from 200 to 800 people for any given event, and equipped with state-of-the-art audio and video, the Hilton Garden Inn is the de facto meeting space for groups staying at the nearby Homewood Suites by Hilton, and the Holiday Inn Express, both KHG hotels located just north of Wedington Drive.
The new hotel also features an open lobby with a full bar, a 400-SF conference room, a private board room and two kitchens, one for in-house and one for catering.
“This space really fills a need that Fayetteville’s had for a long time,” Jerde said.
